The explosion of sensations

When people think of Santorini their mind immediately goes to Caldera or the magic sunset of Oia. One look around and you can see couples exchanging vows of eternal love on the narrow pathways of the island or various wedding proposals as the sun goes down. It is with good reason that Santorini is on top of the most beautiful islands in the world. As soon as you get to the harbour of the island you will be blown away by the magic of the scenery in front of you. The volcano, the island of Thirasia and Thira are the first things one will see when getting to Santorini.

Oia and Imerovigli are considered as the most romantic spots on the island and there you will enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the world. In Oia you can walk around the narrow streets, see the renowned donkeys of the island to go back and forth and you can walk down towards the beach of Ammoudi. Imerovigli is just as magic.

In Fira you will enjoy the walks down the streets, window shopping in front of the endless row of tiny island shops and, of course, walk in Caldera. Especially during the sunset and at night this spot becomes the main attraction for the visitors.

During your stay, you must visit the villages of Pyrgos, Mesaria and Megalochori. As for the beaches, you should discover the red Beach, Peribolo, Vlychada, the White Beach and the cosmopolitan Kamari.

Last, but not least, Santorini is famous for its vinsanto wine, so a visit to a winery is a must.
